Rajveer Singh Agri is the founding Partner at Titan Law Partners who leads the firm's Corporate, M&A, and Strategic Transactions practice. He graduated from the West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences (WBNUJS) and was named the GLS M&A Lawyer of the Year in 2024. Rajveer advises a wide range of clients, including growth-stage companies, venture capital and private equity funds, institutional investors, and business founders. He has extensive experience handling the entire lifecycle of complex business deals, such as mergers and acquisitions, equity investments, business transfers, debt financing, and cross-border structuring.
In addition to transaction work, Rajveer drafts and negotiates a variety of commercial contracts, including master service agreements, SaaS agreements, and franchise setups. He also advises clients on data protection and privacy laws like GDPR and India's data privacy rules. Looking to the future, Rajveer actively explores legal innovation and works on developing AI-powered legal tools to automate research and improve workflows in the legal sector.
Pranav Pareek is a Partner at Titan Law Partners who leads the firm's Litigation, Regulatory, and Commercial Disputes practice. He graduated from the National Law University, Bhopal, and previously sharpened his legal skills as an Associate at Singh & Associates in Gurugram. Pranav represents a diverse group of clients, including public sector groups, private corporations, financial institutions, infrastructure firms, and tech startups. He has vast experience arguing cases before major bodies like the Delhi High Court, Rajasthan High Court, the National Company Law Tribunal, and various debt recovery, consumer, and real estate tribunals.
In the courtroom, Pranav handles a full range of disputes involving civil and criminal trials, contract disputes, banking fraud, debt recovery, and labor laws. Outside of court, he helps businesses by drafting and negotiating key legal agreements like commercial contracts, vendor agreements, and non-disclosure documents. This balanced skill set allows him to protect his clients' business goals while safely managing their legal risks from the boardroom to the courtroom.
Alankrit Bajpai is a Partner at Titan Law Partners who specializes in real estate, corporate advisory, banking, and financial companies. A 2019 graduate of Hidayatullah National Law University, he advises a wide range of clients including real estate developers, billion-dollar startups, and financial firms on complex deals, investments, and regulatory risks. His expertise has earned him notable recognition, including a spot on Businessworld’s 30 Under 30 list in 2023 and the title of "Emerging Corporate Lawyer of the Year" at the Global Legal Summit. Beyond his private practice, Alankrit serves as a legal advisor to the Government of Haryana on state policy initiatives and plays a central role in driving the growth and business development strategy for his law firm.
Aman Lodha is a Partner specializing in corporate advisory, dispute resolution, and risk mitigation for companies, financial institutions, lenders, and business enterprises. A law graduate from Bharati Vidyapeeth New Law College, he holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Alternative Dispute Resolution from NALSAR University of Law and a Master's degree in Private International Law from University of Rajasthan.
He advises clients on complex commercial disputes, distressed transactions, regulatory challenges, and strategic dispute management, and regularly represents them before the High Courts of Rajasthan and Delhi, as well as tribunals including the NCLT, NCLAT, DRT, DRAT, and RERA. His experience spans real estate advisory, legal due diligence, loan and security documentation, and development and concession agreements. Clients value his commercially focused advice, strategic thinking, responsiveness, and ability to deliver practical solutions to complex legal and business challenges.
